Finite Element Analysis of Runshare Aerial Work Platform

Sourc:The Site Click:

According to the modern design concept and method of vitural  prototype, Runshare design and research team discusses the method of physical  prototype modeling and vitural prototype simulation and analysis of the  operating mechanism referring to the GTBZ21 aerial work platform. Based on the  theory of mechanics and dynamic, use APDL language of hte finite element  analysis software ANSYS to establish simple work platform model. It does static  analysis of the telescopic arm in three extreme conditions. The results  indicates that the maximum tensile stress over the section of the first arm link  amplitude actuator, the crushing stress nether the section of the first arm link  amplitude actuator. Bulking analysis shows that, when a load 7KN is applied to  the platform, the section of the first arm around the amplitude actuator will  appear bulking, the structure will not be stable.

From the result, the natural frequency and the GTBZ21 working  frequency is six to one which indicates that the system will not generate  resonance.

Based on the theory analysis, the strength and model of Arm  test was done in extreme conditions, the results of the test is similar to the  results of finite element analysis. The conclusion confirm the accuracy of  finite element model.
